An issue is resolved in the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form, where updating the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' grid may generate HL7 messages containing both the "NKDA" (No Known Drug Allergies) flag and other active allergies on the client's profile.

The change is to reflect the correct date/time the signature was captured by signature pad or mouse. Middle ware release RADplus Client 3542-003 or higher is needed for full functionality.
