Medication Inventory Management
The following changes are made to 'Medication Inventory Management':
1) Fields 'Manufacturer of Vaccine (MVX)' and 'Vaccine Code (CVX)' are added to the 'Receive Inventory' and 'Medication Definition' functions of the 'Medication Inventory Management' form.
2) SQL fields 'mvx_code', 'mvx_value', 'cvx_code' and 'cvx_value' are added to the 'SYSTEM.med_inventory_item' table.
3) Fields 'Medication Search' and 'CVX' are removed from the 'Template Definition' function of the 'Medication Inventory Management' form.
4) Field 'Funding Source' in the 'Receive Inventory' and 'Adjust Inventory' functions of the 'Medication Inventory Management' form now points to dictionary: 'Source Code' (field# 62028) within the 'Other CWS Tabled Files' file in 'Dictionary Update'.

This can occur when the administration unit specified matches both the default dose unit and dispense unit values defined against the medication template. 7) The issue where required fields in the 'Receive Inventory' function do not show as required is resolved. 8) Field 'Medication Search' in the 'Template Definition' function is moved to the 'Service Codes' form in PM/Cal-PM. There are associated PM/Cal-PM updates to address the 'Service Codes' form.

An issue has been resolved in "Family Health History" where the "Treatment Result" field couldn't be entered when entering health history.

An issue has been resolved that may occur in the "Vitals Entry" form where Blood Pressure fields are required when "Refused Vitals" is set to "Yes".

Vitals Entry - Position required
An issue has been resolved where the "Position" field on "Vitals Entry" form remained required after submitting the form and selecting "Yes" to return to form.
