"Client Problem List" product custom logic
The "Client Problem List" product custom logic available for site specific dictionary fields in 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' forms is updated to use a description consistent with the 'Problem List' form. In addition, system code restrictions based on 'Problem Classification' are applied.

The 'Limit Scratch Notes to Current Login User' registry setting
The 'Limit Scratch Notes to Current Login User' registry setting is added. When enabled, the logged in user will only be able to select notes where they are a practitioner/co-practitioner in the 'Select Note To Edit' field in the 'Individual Progress Notes' section of 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)'.

Product Update Description
A Registry Setting is added to support 'Limit Scratch Notes to Current Login User'. When the Registry Setting is set to 'Y', only Progress Notes where the current logged in user is the current practitioner or either of the co-practitioners will be included in the 'Select Note to Edit' drop-down on the 'Individual Progress Notes' tab of the 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form (including all copies). To-Do Scratch Note items can still be edited when the logged in user is not one of the practitioners associated with the Note. The Registry Setting also applies to the Get Group Note Items Web Service.

The 'Treatment Plan' form is enhanced with the 'Apply Search Results By' filter which allows for searching for items in Problems, Goals, Objectives, and Interventions. Please note: this is for Avatar NX only and Avatar NX Release 2024.04.00 is required for full functionality.

CWS - Progress Notes - Prolonged Duration
Progress Notes are updated for 'Prolonged Duration' functionality.
Note: At the current time this functionality is only available in myAvatar Cal-PM systems and requires Cal-PM 2024 Update 49 for full functionality.
There must be a 'Duration Range' in the 'Service Fee/Cross Reference Maintenance' record when the 'Service Code Category' = 'Primary Add-On Code'.
