Medication Inventory Management
The following changes are made to 'Medication Inventory Management':
1) Fields 'Manufacturer of Vaccine (MVX)' and 'Vaccine Code (CVX)' are added to the 'Receive Inventory' and 'Medication Definition' functions of the 'Medication Inventory Management' form.
2) SQL fields 'mvx_code', 'mvx_value', 'cvx_code' and 'cvx_value' are added to the 'SYSTEM.med_inventory_item' table.
3) Fields 'Medication Search' and 'CVX' are removed from the 'Template Definition' function of the 'Medication Inventory Management' form.
4) Field 'Funding Source' in the 'Receive Inventory' and 'Adjust Inventory' functions of the 'Medication Inventory Management' form now points to dictionary: 'Source Code' (field# 62028) within the 'Other CWS Tabled Files' file in 'Dictionary Update'.
Value Added: Enhances the functionality of Inventory Management.

Progress Notes - Signatures and Treatment Plan Grid data
The 'CWSTEMP.cwpatientnotestpnotes' and 'CWSTEMP.cwtxpnsigndata' SQL tables are added to Avatar CWS. These new tables are for the temporary storage of the signature pad and 'Treatment Plan' grid data generated by Progress Notes and Crystal Report Document Routing. Please note: RADplus 2024 Update 22 is required for full functionality.
Value Added: Support for signatures and 'Treatment Plan' grid data via document routing in progress notes.

Attach Individual Notes to Existing Appointments/Services - Auto Append Document Image
The 'Auto Append Document Image' registry setting enables the 'Attach Individual Notes To Existing Services/Appointments' form to append existing documents when the associated note is attached to an existing service or appointment.

OE NX - Result Notifications Configuration
The 'Result Notification Configuration' form is added and allows configuration of when and to who notifications should be sent when a result is received. The existing "Results Entry" and "Results Entry (Abnormal)" notifications are moved to this new form and will show as "Results Entry: Ordering Practitioner" and "Results Entry: Ordering Practitioner (Abnormal)" in 'Notifications Setup'.
Value Added: A new form is added to allow configuration of who notifications are sent to.
