Releases
Quarterly
Quarterly releases are a bundle of all individual updates released up to the date of generation. Quarterly releases do not require any prior quarterly releases.

Avatar eMAR NX is enhanced to indicate when an order is on hold (either manually placed on hold or automatically placed on hold because the client is on leave) and to generate 'Administration Date/Time' warnings when administering an order that is on hold. Please note: Avatar OE 2024 Update 35 and either Avatar PM 2024 Update 36 or Avatar Cal-PM 2024 Update 38 are required for full functionality. In addition, an issue is resolved where running the 'eMAR Missing Administration Events Report' may generate the error "[CLASS DOES NOT EXIST]Process+180^eMARReport1150 *%Library.CacheStorage".

An issue is resolved where Avatar eMAR allows administration of unverified pharmacy orders when the 'Prevent Administration Events for Unverified Pharmacy Orders' registry setting is set to prevent this.

Avatar eMAR NX is enhanced to display the last date and time that an 'Administration Event' for an order was refused. In addition, an issue is resolved where changing a 'Date of Administration' and/or 'Time of Administration' and then voiding that 'Administration Event' does not adjust the inventory 'Current Quantity on Hand', when it should increment the 'Current Quantity on Hand' by the 'Dose' quantity said to have been administered on the voided 'Administration Event'. This issue could occur if Avatar eMAR 2023 Update 21 is installed.

An issue is resolved in Avatar eMAR and Avatar eMAR NX where the error "[UNDEFINED]FindOrder+408^eMARAPIBarcode1 *furuteDaysLookahead" might occur when barcode scanning to select an order, and an order uses a 'Frequency Code' that is defined as 'Every Nth Day'. This error could occur once Avatar eMAR 2023 Update 6 is installed.

An issue is resolved in eMAR NX where filing an 'Administration Event' may not update the inventory 'Current Quantity on Hand'

The following issues are resolved in Avatar eMAR: 1) An "org.xml.sax.SAXParseException" error that states "The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference" might occur when viewing a laboratory order that has an ampersand in its 'Specimen Site'. 2) No 'Hours of Administration' are displayed for a one-time-only order that was not automatically discontinued upon administration / specimen collection, if an 'Administration Event' / 'Specimen Collection' for that order was voided.
