Complete HIS forms from assessments

Most of the items needed for the HIS admission form are related to the comprehensive assessment period.
For HIS discharge forms, the reason for discharge can be obtained from the discharge assessment.
In Netsmart Homecare, HIS forms can be automatically created and prefilled from the SN Hospice or In-Patient Unit (IPU) assessments that were updated to contain the HIS items.
After you complete the applicable assessment, HIS forms appear in Patient > Documents > Hospice Item Set with In Progress status after the defined refresh time-out passes.
