Complete Health Status Evaluation

Path: Patient > Clinical > Health Status Evaluation

1. In the Patient component, select the discharged patient.
2. Go to Clinical > Health Status Evaluation.
3. In the Health Status Evaluation field, for the appropriate care plan and goal, click the down arrow and select the needed value.
4. Repeat the above step for each goal that you want to evaluate.
5. Save changes.
