Deactivate HIS forms in-progress and signed
Path: Patient > Documents > Hospice Item Set
Prerequisite: To deactivate HIS forms, you must be granted appropriate privileges by the Netsmart Homecare administrator.
If you no longer need a HIS form, or if errors were found in a signed HIS form and you need a new one, you can deactivate it.
- Select a patient, and go to Patient > Documents > Hospice Item Set.
- Select the HIS form that you want to deactivate, and click Inactivate.
The status of the form is either In Progress or Signed.
The status of the form changes to Inactive, and this form is saved for historical purposes with 3. Inactivate existing record selected in A0050.
To view this form, select the Show Inactive Forms check box. On the Preview tab, you can save it in PDF format. -
Save your changes. If needed, you can add a new HIS form.
