Patient and form identifying HIS items

HIS items used to identify a patient and a HIS form in the QIES ASAP system are as follows:
- HIS admission form – A0220, A0250, A0500 A, A0500 C, A0600, A0800, and A0900.
- HIS discharge form – A0220, A0250, A0270, A0500 A, A0500 C, A0600, A0800, and A0900.
Exported forms can be changed only by deactivating HIS forms (see Deactivate HIS forms exported).
Other HIS items (except Section Z) reflect the patient's clinical record. To modify these items on exported forms (see Modify exported HIS forms).
