Scheduler privileges

Path: Administration>Configuration>Operators>Privileges [Scope Name]

The following privileges appear in the Scheduler component on the Privileges [Scope Name] tab for operators.

Policy Name Access Details
Verify TelephonyMobile Service

Provides full access to the Verify Telephony/ Mobile Service window in Schedule>Events.

Operators with this privilege can verify services received from telephony or mobile devices. After the operator selects the filter parameters and clicks Retrieve, services that fall within the selected parameters are brought to window for verification.

Scheduler Component

Provides full or read access to the Schedule component.

Can Schedule

For myself only: Select whether this operator can schedule events in the Schedule component.

For my team: Select whether staff on the operator team can schedule events in the Schedule component.

For any staff member: Select whether all staff members can schedule events in the Schedule component.

Can Define Availability

Note: This privilege is usually reserved for management.

Provides full access to define availability for staff (Schedule>View>Staff Availability).

Can Define Standard Shifts

Note: This privilege is usually reserved for management.

Provides full access to define standard shifts for staff using the Define Standard Shifts button (Schedule>View>Staff Availability).

Can exceed Maximum Visit Frequency

Scheduling a visit even if it exceeds either the regular visit limit or the PRN visit limit.

Can exceed Authorized Visits

Scheduling a visit even if it exceeds the authorized visit limit.

Can exceed Patient Limits

Scheduling a visit even if it exceeds the patient visit limit.

Can exceed Maximum Limits

Scheduling a visit even if the maximum resource allowance has been met.

Batch Insurance Reassignment

Provides full access to the Batch Insurance Reassignment window.

Can Exceed Future Visits Scheduling in Host

Allows scheduling visits in the future beyond the future scheduling limit (defined in weeks) as set up in the Business Unit.

Can Enter Free- Text Responses for the Call Log

Allows entering the free-text responses when completing the Call Log window.

Can Access Call Log Provides full access to the Call Log window.
