Resource Basic

Addresses

Provides full, read, modify, or insert access to the addresses in the Address & Phones window.

This privilege also applies to the address information in the following places:

• The Resource Address & Phones Rules window (including the New Resource Address dialog) accessed from the Admissions & Status window.
• The Add New Resource dialog in all the places where it is available. For more information, search for Add New Resource Window.

Phones

Provides full, read, modify, or insert access to the phone numbers in the Address & Phones window.

This privilege also applies to the phone numbers information in the following places:

• The Resource Address & Phones Rules window (including the New Resource Address dialog) accessed from the Admissions & Status window.
• The Add New Resource dialog in all the places where it is available. For more information, search for Add New Resource Window.

Roles

Provides full, read, modify, or insert access to the Roles window.

Demographics (Resource)

Provides full, read, or modify access to the Demographics window.

Qualifications

Provides full, read, modify, or insert access to the Qualifications window.

Credentials

Provides full, read, modify, or insert access to the Credentials window.

Notes (Resource)

Provides full, read, or modify access to the Notes window.

Patient Care Team

Provides full, read, modify, or insert access to the Patient Care Team window.

Bereavement

Provides full, read, modify, or insert access to the Bereavement window.

Associated Patients

Provides full or read access to the Associated Patients window.

Negotiated Pay Rates Screen

This privilege is usually reserved for members of your agency's management team.

Provides full, read, modify, or insert access to the Negotiated Pay Rates window.

If you want this operator to be able to add, edit, or delete pay rates, you must also grant the User can see pay rates and User can edit pay rates privileges.

User Can See Pay Rates (Resource)

Provides access to viewing data in the Amount column in the Negotiated Pay Rates window.

You must also provide full or read access to the Negotiated Pay Rates window.

User Can Edit Pay Rates (Resource)

Provides access to editing data in the Amount column in the Negotiated Pay Rates window.

You must also provide full access to the Negotiated Pay Rates window for this operator.

Sanction History

Provides full or read access to the Sanction History window.

Pay Rates Calculator Settings (Resource)

Provides full or read access to the Pay Rates Calculator Settings window.

If you have this privilege turned on and still do not see this window, make sure your agency is licensed to use the Pay Rates Calculator functionality.

Can Assign Pay Cycle (Resource)

Provides full access to assigning Pay Rates Calculator cycles to the individual resources in the Pay Rates Calculator Settings window.

Can Assign Overtime Calculation (Resource)

Provides full or read access to assigning overtime schemes for the Pay Rates Calculator use to the individual resources in the Pay Rates Calculator Settings window.

Can Assign Restricted Roles

Provides access to creating new resources using the restricted resource type in Administration>General>Resource Types.

Associated Resources

Provides full or read access to the Associated Resources window.

Can Edit PECOS Enrollment

Provides access for editing the PECOS Enrolled and the As of Date fields in Resource>Basic.

Can access resources with the security level - Highest

Can access resources with the Highest, High, Medium, and Low security levels, which are assigned to resource types in Administration>General>Resource Types.
