Interface privileges

Path: Administration>Configuration>Operators>Privileges [Scope Name]

The following privileges appear in the Interface section on the Privileges [Scope Name] tab for operators, roles and groups.

Policy Name Access Details

Accounting Exports

Provides full or read access to the Interface>Accounting Exports menu.

ASCII

Provides access to the Interface>ASCII menu.

HL7 Inbound Charge Report (Interfaces)

Provides access to the HL7 Inbound Charge Report window (Interface>HL7).

Inbound HL7 Message Processing

Provides full or read access to the Inbound HL7 Message Processing window (Interface>HL7).

Outbound HL7 Message Processing

Provides full or read access to the Outbound HL7 Message Processing window (Interface>HL7).

Outbound HL7 Message Status Report (Interfaces)

Provides access to the Outbound HL7 Message Status Report window (Interface>HL7).

Patients in HL7 Status Report (Interfaces)

Provides access to the Patients in HL7 Status Report window (Interface>HL7).

Telephony Conflict Report

Provides access to the Telephony Conflict Report window (Interface>HL7).

Manually Send Outbound Messages

Provides access to the Manually Send Outbound Messages window (Interface>Send Messages).

View Outbound Message Status

Provides access to the View Outbound Message Status window (Interface>Send Messages).

Resend Outbound Messages

Provides access to the Resend Messages button in the View Outbound Message Status window (Interface>Send Messages).

Recommended for those who monitor the status of the messages sent to Telephony and troubleshoot.

Inbound Document Status Viewer

Provides access to the Inbound Document Status Viewer window (Interface>Receive Messages)

Recommended for those who monitor the status of the Telephony and inbound patient messages and troubleshoot.

View Inbound Message XML

Enables to see the link for viewing the inbound message content in the Inbound Document Status Viewer window.

View Inbound Exceptions

Provides access to the Exception Viewer window (Interface>Receive Messages). Recommended for those who monitor the status of the Telephony and inbound patient messages and troubleshoot.

View Outbound Message XML

Enables to see the link for viewing the outbound message content in the View Outbound Message Status window.

Patient Messages

Provides full or read access to the Patient Messages window (Interface>Receive Messages).

Deleted Patient Messages

Provides full or read access to the Deleted Patient Messages window (Interface>Receive Messages).

Can Create New Prospect from Inbound Patient Message

Enables to create new prospects (either new prospect patient or new prospect status tab for the existing patient) from the inbound patient messages in the Patient Messages window (Interface>Receive Messages).
