Can Edit Hospice Direct Patient Care	Provides access to the Hospice Direct Patient Care section in the Insurance Codes>Per Diem tab (only for Medicare Benefit payers).
General Ledger Definitions	Provides full or read access to the General Ledger Definitions window.
Can edit Generate Final Claim Only (Insurance Codes)	Allows using the Generate Final Claim Only option in Insurance Codes>Episodic Parameters for EPS payers.
Can edit Generate Final Claim Only (Insurance Companies)	Allows using the Generate Final Claim Only option in the Episodic Parameters dialog in Insurance Companies>Plans for EPS payers.
Can edit Synchronize with Existing Episodes (Insurance Codes)	Allows using the Synchronize with Existing Episodes option in Insurance Codes>Episodic Parameters for EPS payers.
Can edit Synchronize with Existing Episodes (Insurance Companies)	Allows using the Synchronize with Existing Episodes option in the Episodic Parameters dialog in Insurance Companies>Plans for EPS payers.

Administration – Forms

The following privileges appear in the Administration>Forms group on the Privileges [Scope Name] tab for operators, roles and groups.

Policy Name	Access Details
Forms Signature Type	Provides full access to the Signature Type window (Forms>Signature Setup>Signature Type). This window is used to define signature types that are available for selection in the Signature Tracking window.
Forms Signature Tracking	Provides full access to the Forms Signature Tracking window (Forms>Signature Setup>Signature Tracking). This window is used to assign a signature type to a separate form.

Administration – Maintenance

The following privileges appear in the Administration>Maintenance group on the Privileges [Scope Name] tab for operators.

Recalculate Staff Service Costs	Recalculating service costs for staff services and activities when cost amounts are changed in Netsmart Homecare in the Recalculate Staff Service Costs window.
Recalculate Service Amounts	Recalculating service amounts for staff and contractor services as well as for activities when rates are changed in Netsmart Homecare in the Recalculate Service Amounts window.
Recalculate Claims	Recalculating claims in the Recalculate Claims window after entering the new rates or updating existing rates in the application.
Merge Patient Records	Merging patient records across Business Units in the Patient Merge Utility window.
Restart Orders Background Processing	Restarting Orders Background Processing thread through the Administration>Maintenance>Orders Background Processing>Restart menu.
Suspend Orders Background Processing	Suspending Orders Background Processing thread through the Administration>Maintenance>Orders Background Processing>Suspend menu.
Resume Orders Background Processing	Resuming Orders Background Processing thread through the Administration>Maintenance>Orders Background Processing>Resume menu.
Reprocess Medi- Span	Installing new or Updating existing Medi-Span data in the Reprocess Medi-Span window.
Recalculate Pay Costs	Recalculating pay rates for the Pay Rates Calculator and Private Duty functionalities in the Recalculate Pat Costs window.
Recalculate Authorizations	Recalculating patient's authorizations based on changes made on the Administration level in the Recalculate Authorizations window.
Recalculate Accrual Accounting	Recalculating accrual accounting data based on changes made to the financial data in the Administration, Patient, and Resource components in the Recalculate Accrual Accounting window.
Update Status Line with ICD-10 Utility	Provides access to the Update Status Line with ICD-10 Utility that allows adding a status line for a patient with ICD-10 primary diagnosis in Patient>General>Admissions & Status.

HL7 Units of Measure	Provides full or read access to the Units of Measure window (Administration>Configuration>HL7).
Co-Signature	Provides full or read access to the Co-Signature window (Administration>Configuration>Organizations).
Rejection Reasons	Provides full or read access to the Rejection Reasons window (Administration>Configuration>Clinical). Full Access: Defining the reasons for rejecting patient's documents (orders, CTIs, and Face-to-Face documents) on Physician Portal and in Transactions>General>Process Signed Documents. Read: Viewing the reasons for rejecting patient's documents (orders, CTIs, and Face- to-Face documents).
Portal E-mail Reminders	Provides full or read access to the Portal E-mail Reminders window (Administration>Configuration>Clinical).
Visit Frequency	Provides full or read access to the Visit Frequency window (Administration>Configuration>Clinical).
Mobile Settings	Provides full or read access to the Mobile Settings window (Administration>Configuration>Administrative). Full Access: Modifying mileage and registration settings. Read: Viewing mileage and registration settings.
Accrual Accounting Period Definition	Provides full or read access to the Accrual Accounting Period Definition window. Full Access: Defining new fiscal years and accounting periods, viewing, editing, deleting, and copying existing years and periods. Read: Viewing existing accounting years and periods.
Visit Frequency	Provides full or read access to the Visit Frequency window (Administration>Configuration>Clinical). Full Access: Defining visit frequency calculation parameters. Read: Viewing current parameters for visit frequency calculation.
Static Patient Information	Full Access: Defining the fields in Administration>Configuration>Static Patient Information for the Static Patient Information panel in the Patient component.
Can view Patient Information panel	Allows viewing the Patient Information panel in the Patient component.
NY CHHA EPS HHRG Case Mix	Provides full or read access to the NY CHHA EPS HHRG Case Mix window (Administration>Configuration>NY CHHA EPS) for managing the HHRG Case Mix parameters used by New York Episodic Payment System.

Administration – Interfaces

The following privileges appear in the Administration>Interfaces section on the Privileges tabs for operators, roles, and groups.

Define Associations	Accessing the Define Associations window. This window is available in view only mode for a user and associations can be edited by a Technical Support user only.

Define Inbound Message Styles	Provides full or read access to the Define Inbound Message Styles window.
Define General Settings	Provides full or read access to the Define General Settings window.

Administration – Utilities

The following privileges appear in the Administration>Utilities section on the Privileges tabs for operators, roles, and groups.
