Orders privileges

Path: Administration>Configuration>Operators>Privileges [Scope Name]

The Orders component is divided into the following groups for which you can set up privileges:

Orders – General

The following privileges appear in the Orders>General group on the Privileges [Scope Name] tab for operators, roles and groups.

Policy Name Access Details

Orders Management

Provides full access to the Orders Management window.

Print Corrected Orders

Provides full access the Print Corrected Orders window.

Reprint Orders

Provides full access to the Reprint Orders window.

Order Run

Provides full access to the Order Run window.
Orders – Demand Documents

The following privileges appear in the Orders>Demand Documents group on the Privileges [Scope Name] tab for operators, roles and groups.

Policy Name Access Details

Orders Demand Recertification Alert

Provides full access to the Orders Alert report.

Orders Demand Care Plan

Provides full access to the Care Plan window.

Orders Demand Charts/Clinical Notes

Provides full access to the Charts/Clinical Notes window.

Orders Demand Discharge Summary

Provides full access to the Discharge Summary window.

Orders Demand Face Sheet

Provides full access to the Face Sheet window.

Orders Demand Medication Descriptions

Provides full access to the Medication Descriptions window.

Orders Demand Medication Lists

Provides full access to the Medication Lists window.

Orders Demand Patient Labels

Provides full access to the Patient Labels window.

Orders Demand Visit Record

Provides full access to the Visit Record window.

Orders Demand Certification of Terminal Illness

Provides full access to generating CTIs for multiple patients in the Certification of Terminal Illness window.

Orders Demand Face-to- Face Documents

Provides full access to processing Face-to-Face documents for multiple patients in the Face-to-Face Documents window.
Orders – Accumulated Documents

The following privileges appear in the Orders>Accumulated Documents group on the Privileges [Scope Name] tab for operators, roles and groups.

Order Accumulated Discharge Summary Provides full or read access to the Discharge Summary window.

Order Accumulated Face Sheet

Provides full or read access to the Face Sheet window
