Reports privileges

Path: Administration>Configuration>Operators>Privileges [Scope Name]

The Reports component is divided into the following groups for which you can set up privileges.

The Reports component also contains the specific Allow Reporting against a Primary Datasource privilege that permits the users to generate the reports on the primary (production) server; otherwise, the users are redirected to the reporting server if it has been previously set up.

Reports – General

This section contains a list of privileges for the reports available from the General menu. All these reports have only the Full Access type of security, so you may either allow or deny operator to access them.

Following is the list of the reports (corresponding to the policy names) you can grant privileges for:

This section contains a list of privileges for the reports available from the Clinical menu. All these reports have only the Full Access type of security, so you may either allow or deny operator to access them.

This section contains a list of privileges for the reports available from the System menu. All these reports have only the Full Access type of security, so you may either allow or deny operator to access them.

  • ACE Activity Report
Reports – Accrual Accounting

This section contains a list of privileges for the reports available from the Accrual Accounting menu. All these reports have only the Full Access type of security, so you may either allow or deny operator to access them.

Following is the list of the reports (corresponding to the policy names) you can grant privileges for:
