Manage Scopes
You can add new and delete existing scopes based on your agency's security configuration needs.
- Go to Administration>Configuration>Business Units.
- In the left pane, select the appropriate Business Unit.
- Click the Scopes tab and perform the appropriate actions:
To add a scope:
- Add or insert a row.
- Complete the fields as appropriate. For detailed descriptions of the fields, see Business Units – Scopes Tab.
- To add a scope to a Business Unit, select the check box in the Use column.
To delete a scope:
- Select the scope you want to delete.
- Delete the row.
- In the confirmation dialog, click Yes.
- To remove a scope from a Business Unit, clear the check box in the Use column.
- Save your changes.
