Manage Scopes

You can add new and delete existing scopes based on your agency's security configuration needs.

  1. Go to Administration>Configuration>Business Units.
  2. In the left pane, select the appropriate Business Unit.
  3. Click the Scopes tab and perform the appropriate actions:
To add a scope:
  1. Add or insert a row.
  2. Complete the fields as appropriate. For detailed descriptions of the fields, see Business Units – Scopes Tab.
  3. To add a scope to a Business Unit, select the check box in the Use column.
To delete a scope:
  1. Select the scope you want to delete.
  2. Delete the row.
  3. In the confirmation dialog, click Yes.
  4. To remove a scope from a Business Unit, clear the check box in the Use column.
  5. Save your changes.
