Business Units – Teams and Legal Entities Tab

Use this tab to enter agency's teams and legal entities information.
If required by your agency, you can also edit or complete the information in the following sections:

In the Agency Teams section, complete the following fields:

Field	Description
Name	Enter the team name, up to 36 alphanumeric characters.
Pharmacia ID	Enter the ID number for sending the appropriate HL7 messages, up to 20 alphanumeric characters.
Payroll Company Code	Specify the necessary value if your Payroll payment software requires an identifier. This information is optional and may be required by your export target software. Payroll Company Code can be assigned to a team in case your agency uses Pay Rates Calculator for its financial calculations.
Payroll Company Code	Specify if a team is active. If this checkbox is cleared, the team will not be available to assign to any patients or resources.

Note: If a team has active patients or resources, it cannot be deactivated.

In the Legal Entities section, complete the following fields:

Field	Description
Name	Enter the legal entity name, up to 36 alphanumeric characters.
Federal Tax ID	Enter the 9-digit federal tax ID for the legal entity.
Emdeon Provider Site ID	For Emdeon users, use the provider site ID assigned by Emdeon to your agency's multiple claim filing locations. It is used further to indicate which agency site is submitting the HIPAA electronic claim files through the Emdeon Envoy Clearinghouse.
