Business Units – QIES Facility ID Tab
Path: Administration>Configuration>Business Units
Use this tab to define QIES facility IDs. The QIES facility ID is a number that is assigned to the hospice agency by the QIES ASAP system at the time of registering. This ID will be included in each XML record (exported Hospice Item Set (HIS) form) that is then submitted to the QIES ASAP system.
You can edit or complete the following fields:

Enter the facility name or description, up to 36 characters. |
| QIES Facility ID |
Enter the QIES ID for this facility, up to 16 characters. |
After you define QIES facility IDs, you can select them for specific insurances. You need define to include IDs either from the Business Unit or branch level in Administration>Financial>Insurance Codes>QIES Facility ID. For more information, see Insurance Codes – QIES Facility ID Tab.
