Define agency teams and legal entities
You can add, edit, or delete agency teams and legal entities in Business Units.
Important: After a legal entity is linked to an insurance code, it cannot be deleted. Instead, add a new legal entity, and then apply that new value to the appropriate insurance code.
- Go to Administration>Configuration>Business Units.
- In the left pane, select the appropriate Business Unit.
- Click in the Agency Teams or Legal Entities section.
- Add a new row.
- Complete the fields as appropriate. For detailed descriptions of the fields, see Business Units – Teams and Legal Entities Tab.
- Save your changes.
