Business Units – Address Tab
Path: Administration>Configuration>Business Units
Use this tab to enter address information for your Business Unit. Here you can enter street address, city, state, ZIP code, phone, and fax number of your Business Unit. Also, you can enter the agency contact person's credentials, such as name, phone number, and phone extension to export in the OASIS file.
If required by your agency, you can also edit or complete the following information:

Default City for new patients |
Select to prefill the City field in Patient>General>Basic with the default value when adding new patients in Netsmart Homecare. |

Default City for new resources |
Select to prefill the City field in Resource>General>Address & Phones with the default value when adding new resources in Netsmart Homecare. |

M0016 |
Enter the Branch ID to be used in assessments, up to 10 alphanumeric characters. For the detailed information about this field and general instructions for the M0016 values for the assessments, see Business Units – Branches Tab. |
