Manage Business Units
- Go to Administration>Configuration>Business Units. The Business Units window opens with the Basic tab active.
- In the left pane, select the Business Unit you want to edit.
- Make the appropriate changes to the fields on the appropriate tabs:
- Business Units – Basic Tab
- Business Units – Address Tab
- Business Units – Branches Tab
- Business Units – Teams and Legal Entities Tab
- Business Units – Provider NPI Tab
- Business Units – QIES Facility ID Tab
- Business Units – Assessments Tab
- Business Units – Billing Formats Tab
- Business Units – Exchange Communities Tab
- Business Units – Scopes Tab
- If needed, click Settings and complete the fields as necessary on the appropriate tabs (for more information, see Business Units – Settings window).
- Save your changes.
Note: To delete Business Units, contact Netsmart Homecare Staff for assistance.
