Add Unmade Visit Reason

Path: Administration>General>Unmade Visit Reasons

1. Go to Administration>General>Unmade Visit Reasons. The Unmade Visit Reasons window opens.
2. Add a new row.
3. Enter the code, description, and responsible party of the new unmade visit reason.
4. Save your changes.
