Family Financial Eligibility - PM

Create guarantor and benefit assignments that can be applied to one or more members of a selected family.

Creating guarantor and benefit assignments allows the user to define insurance coverage and limitations that are applied across the entire family rather than individual clients. All families registered through the Family Registration form are available to this form.

Prerequisites:

  • A family must be set up in the Family Registration form.
  • Yes must be selected for the guarantor in the Family Guarantor field (Guarantors/Payors form).

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Client Management > Account Management > Family Financial Eligibility
  2. In the Select Family screen, enter the family name or ID and select. Click Select.
  3. Click Financial Eligibility Report to generate a user-defined report (set up in the Import Report For Command Button Launch form - RADplus Utilities).
  4. When finished, click Submit.
