'Y' enables fields in the following forms that allow variable plan limits to be included in liability distribution calculation:

Benefit Plans (Insurance Plan Levels section)

Cross Episode Financial Eligibility

Family Financial Eligibility

Financial Eligibility forms (Customize Plan section)

'N' disables this field in the above forms, and calculates liability distribution without verifying variable limitations.
