Client Demographics - Additional Fields - Registry Setting

This registry setting allows you to include additional fields in Client Demographics on various forms. This registry setting only applies to myAvatar installments with a multiple-server environment. See the following registry settings for single-server environments:
- Add Citizenship To Client Demographics
- Add Confidential Address Add Detailed Client Name
- Add Mailing Address
- Add Multi-Select Ethnic Origins
- Add Multi-Select Language To Demographics
- Add Multi-Select Race To Demographics
- Add Additional Policy Numbers
Enter the corresponding number(s) separated by an '&' to display the corresponding fields or sets of fields in Client Demographics on various forms throughout myAvatar PM.
Example: Entering 1&5 includes the Citizenship and Multi-Select Ethnic Origins fields in Client Demographics.

| 2 | Confidential Address | This information is not included in disclosure management or CCDs, nor is it ever used as a mailing address. The ability for a user to view confidential information is defined by the user role security level. |
| 3 | Detailed Client Name | This selection also adds detailed subscriber name fields on the Guarantor section of the Financial Eligibility forms. These fields will be used to populate 2010BA-NM1-03, 2010BA-NM1-04, 2010BA-NM1-05, and 2010BA-NM1-07 within the 837 (Professional, Institutional and Dental). |
