Subscriber Information - Registry Setting

Enter one of the following to enable modifications to the following subscriber information. Multiple values may be entered, separated by an '&'.

'1' allows you to include subscriber secondary identification information (2010BA-REF: Subscriber Secondary Identification) by adding the following fields to the Financial Eligibility, Cross Episode Financial Eligibility, and Family Financial Eligibility forms:

  • Subscriber Secondary ID Qualifier (837 Billing)
  • Subscriber Secondary Identifier (837 Billing)
  • Property and Casualty Claim Number ID Qualifier (837 Billing)
  • Property and Casualty Claim Number (837 Billing)

This information will also be used to populate the other subscriber secondary identification information (233A-REF: Other Subscriber Secondary Identification) for the 837 Dental, Institutional, and Professional when the guarantor in question is included as part of other subscriber information.

'2' allows users to specify Insurance Type code (2000B/2320-SBR-05) by adding the field 'Insurance Type Code (2000B/2320-SBR-05)' to the Financial Eligibility, Cross Episode Financial Eligibility, and Family Financial Eligibility. When this field has a value, the 837 will use the value entered here for Insurance Type Code (2000B/2320 SBR-05).

'3' adds the field 'Subscriber Secondary Identifier - 2 (837 Electronic Billing)' to the Financial Eligibility, Cross Episode Financial Eligibility, and Family Financial Eligibility forms. This allows for the capture of secondary identification information in these forms that will be leveraged by State Forms functionality.

'0' removes all fields from the forms.
