Post Staff Activity Log

Enter and post appointments for a staff member, date, and site. After filing, these charges are posted for services rendered.

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Appointment Scheduling > Post Staff Activity Log
  2. In the Select Staff window, search for and select the staff member by name or ID.
  3. The Post Staff Activity Log dialog box opens.
  4. Enter the Appointment Date for the staff member.
    If the staff member's schedule has already been verified, the Staff Member Schedule Already Verified message displays. Click OK and enter a different appointment date.
  5. Select the Appointment Site from the drop-down list.
  6. If appropriate, edit the Staff Time Scheduled (In Minutes) field.
  • This field displays the total available appointment minutes for an individual staff member that can be scheduled on the appointment date. The staff time scheduled is based on the amount of time the staff member is scheduled for in the Staff Members Hours and Exceptions form.
  • A staff member may not have scheduled hours for a specific appointment date. In that case, the Staff Time Scheduled will display "0." If the staff member had an emergency appointment, a number of minutes can be entered in the Staff Time Scheduled field to identify the appointment.
  1. To view the Post Staff Activity Log Entries report, click Print Activities. This report displays the staff's activities for the appointment date.
    Note: The Remaining Staff Time (In Minutes) field displays the total available time remaining for the appointment date. The remaining staff time is the total staff time minus appointments scheduled through all Appointment Scheduling forms.
