Post Staff Member Schedule

Convert verified staff appointments to rendered services and send the charges to the Client Ledger.

  • Appointment Scheduling options and preferences are set up in the User Role/User Role Definition form.
  • Staff member schedules cannot be posted using this form until they are verified.
  • Site names are maintained in the Site Registration form.
  • Staff names are maintained in myAvatar PM.

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Appointment Scheduling > Post Staff Member Schedule
  2. Select Individual or All Staff Members to include in the staff schedule posting.
    • If Individual is selected, enter the Staff Member Name or ID# and select the appropriate staff member from the list of matches.
  3. Select Individual or All Sites to include in the staff schedule posting.
    • If Individual is selected, select the appropriate Site from the drop-down list.
  4. Enter the Appointment Start Date and Appointment End Date for staff schedule posting.
    • Only verified schedules within this date range will be posted.
  5. Click Submit
