Manage members of group appointment

Manage the members of a group appointment.

  • This is only available for group appointments. This function only adds/removes clients from the appointment. It is not a permanent change to the group.
  • The Current Group Appointment Members field displays all of the clients assigned to this group appointment.

Add
  1. To add a member to the group, select Add in the Add / Edit / Remove Group Members field.
  2. Enter the client name or ID# in the Client field.
  3. Select the appropriate client Episode
  4. Click Update Members.
Edit

The Edit functionality only applies to group appointments that have been set up with a Recurrence Schedule of Weekly.
In addition, once set up, client schedules cannot be edited for the appointment series; only individual occurrences may be changed.

  1. To edit a group member's schedule, select Edit in the Add / Edit / Remove Group Members field.
  2. Select the client from the Edit / Remove Multiple Group Members field.
  3. Select the days that the client will be attending the group appointment from the Client Attending These Days field (populated by the selections made in the Week Days field of the Appointment Details section).
  4. Click Update Members. The clients' schedules will be reflected in the Current Group Appointment Members field.
Remove
  1. To remove a member from the group, select Remove in the Add / Edit / Remove Group Members field.
  2. Check off the client to remove in the Remove Multiple Clients field.
  3. Click Update Members.
