Schedule - Verify Telephony/Mobile Service window

Path: Schedule > Events > Verify Telephony/Mobile Service

With the Verify Telephony/Mobile Service window, you can review and verify services that were sent either from the telephony vendor, mobile device, or tablet.

  • When service gets into the application and passes the corresponding validation (separately for Telephony, Mobile, and Tablet), it appears in this window and is ready for verification.
  • Visits from Homecare Mobile Tablet are automatically verified if the Allow Automatic Service Verification check box is selected in Administration > Configuration > Business Units > Settings > Scheduling, except those visits that due to some reason cannot be automatically verified.
  • Such visits must be manually verified in the Verify Telephony/Mobile Service window.
  • Visits from Homecare Mobile Tablet that did not pass validation appear in this window with messages describing why the verification has failed.

Important: Staff services for the patients with split billing will not be automatically verified, and will be shown in the Verify Telephony/Mobile Service window. If you manually verify those services, then the system will be able to check for any contract services for those patients and reconcile the claim(s) appropriately.
