Scheduling and Field Mode

When you delete previously scheduled visit in Field Mode, the application acts in the following ways:

  • If you delete a visit in Field Mode, then in Host Mode it will be also deleted only if the corresponding Host Mode record has no other changes.
    • Otherwise, the deletion from Field Mode is ignored (not applied in Host Mode) and synchronization continues.
    • The Conflict History report shows the following message: "Attempted deletion of service was ignored - this service has been changed by another user. No user action is necessary."
  • If you upload updates to the service that is already deleted in Host Mode, then the service is uploaded as a new record and the following message is shown on the Synchronization Register report: "Data could not be updated for service because another user deleted this service. Instead, this data has been uploaded as a new record, service ID . No user action is necessary."

In some cases, the inserted records may result in conflicts. When this happens, the Conflict History report shows the following message: "There is a Scheduling Conflict for [Patient ID and Name or Resource ID and Name] on [Day, Date, and Time, e.g. Wednesday 11/29/2002 at 3:00PM]. This schedule must be reviewed and corrected manually."

Patient List

During synchronization, Field Mode users can download all patients in the user's Business Unit, only patients of the user's team, or only patients specifically assigned to the user.

  • If downloading only patients of the user's team, the application also downloads patients assigned to the user even if they are not in the team.
  • To determine the patients to be downloaded, use Access Mode option of Administration > Configuration > Operators > Patient Access.
