Schedule New Event window - authorizations hint

When scheduling visits in the Patient Mode and Staff Mode, the system automatically assigns the authorization to the service.

When you click Save, the system assigns the authorization to the service.

  • You can view the authorization details in a hint by focusing the mouse on the ellipsis button in the New Event window.
  • The hint displays the authorization information defined by the discipline and role, service code, insurance (primary or secondary), and LOC parameters.
  • If no authorization is assigned to the service, the "Not Authorized" is displayed on the hint.
  • If the authorization has the pending status, the "Pending" is displayed on the hint.

Authorizations settings depend on the Allow Exceed Authorizations privilege selected in Administration > Configuration > Operators > Privileges > Scheduler.

  • Not authorized services can not be entered if the operator does not have privileges.
    • For example, two visits are allowed for the authorization and set in Patient > General > Authorization, and there is no privilege for the Allow Exceed Authorizations set. If we enter the third visit in schedule, exceeding the quantity of visits allowed, the error message will appear and the user will not be able to save changes.
  • In the same case, if the operator has the privileges, not authorized services will be entered, but the warning message will appear.
    • For example, if there are two visits allowed and three visits are intended to be scheduled, and an Allow Exceed Authorization privilege is set in Administration > Configuration > Operators > Privileges > Scheduler, the warning message will appear. The changes will be saved.
