Schedule - Verify visits from Telephony/Mobile Service

Path: Schedule > Events > Verify Telephony/Mobile Service

  1. Go to Schedule > Events > Verify Telephony/Mobile Service.
  2. In the Service Type section, specify what kind of visits you want to verify: from Telephony, Mobile, or Tablet services.
    1. Note: For the services from Mobile, use this window to verify the AID services only. Visits from Homecare Mobile Tablet that did not pass validation appear in the Verify Telephony/Mobile Service window with messages describing why the verification has failed.
  3. In the Date Range section, specify the period for which you want to display the visits received from the selected type of service.
  4. In the Selection Criteria section, specify other criteria to narrow down your search: .
    1. Discipline – Select the discipline for which you want to display visits.
    2. All Resources – Select to display visits for all resources. 
    3. Specific Resources – Select to display visits for particular resources. 
    4. Show Unmade Services – Select to display unmade visits.
  5. In the Service Code section, specify the service codes for which you want to display visits.  
    1. For the Mobile and Telephony services, you can also select contractor service codes by clicking the corresponding tab.
  6. Click the Retrieve button.
    1. Visits that satisfy your selection criteria appear in the grid. 
    2. Unmade services are highlighted in gray color. Visits with time overlaps are displayed in red.
  7. Review the visits to verify.
    1. If needed, edit the visit time overlaps. If you do so, the changes will be saved in the Schedule component even if you do not verify the service.
  8. Select the check box in the Verified column next to the visits you want to verify.
  9. Click the Verify button.
    1. The selected visits are now verified.
