Mark MAR as erroneous

Path: Patient>Clinical>MAR

Prerequisite: You can mark MAR entries (both regular and PRN) for active and deactivated MARs as erroneous only if you have the privileges to document them.

1. Go to Patient>Clinical>MAR.
2. Select the needed MAR and ensure that you are in the Document mode.
3. Right-click the needed medication entry, and then select Mark as Erroneous. Only given medications can be marked as erroneous.
4. Save your changes.

The erroneous entry is highlighted orange. If at least one entry is marked as erroneous, the Show Erroneous records check box becomes available and you can use it to display or hide erroneous records in the MAR Grid.

You can proceed with:

• Append Patient's Signature to MAR Medication
• Deactivate MAR
