Append patient signature to MAR medication

Path: Patient>Clinical>MAR

1. Go to Patient>Clinical>MAR.
2. Click Document to switch to the Document mode.
3. Click Signature. The Patient's Signature Capture Patient's Signature Capture Window opens.
4. Select the medications you want to append the patient's signature to.
5. Click the pen icon, and then holding the left mouse button, drag the cursor to sign.
   You can also use the erase icon to erase a part of your signature or clear icon to clear the whole signature area.
6. Click OK, and then save your changes.

You can proceed with:

• Document MAR Medications
• Deactivate MAR
