About Visit Notes

Path: Patient>Clinical>Visit Notes

Prerequisites: To access the Visit Notes window, you need to have the appropriate privilege granted by the Netsmart Homecare administrator.

Visit notes include Homebound Status, Plan for Next Visit, and POC Reviewed that were documented through the Physical Therapy assessment prior to the 7.3 version. Starting from version 7.3, they are excluded from the assessment.
