Visit Notes window
Path: Patient>Clinical>Visit Notes
Prerequisites: To access the Visit Notes window, you need to have the appropriate privilege granted by the Netsmart Homecare administrator.
With the Visit Notes window, you can document patient's visit notes in details for a particular visit. These notes are required to verify the visit.
To work with the Visit Notes window, you must be logged in as Physical Therapist, and a visit must be scheduled for you and a patient beforehand. If you select a visit scheduled for another Physical Therapist, the window is read-only.
If a visit (or a service) is not selected on the toolbar, the Visit Notes window opens after you select the needed visit from the Select Service dialog.
You can preview visit notes from the previous visits that were documented and submitted through the Mobile Homecare application and from the Field device.
