Visit Notes report - Define tab

Path: Reports>Clinical>Visit Notes
Path: Patient>Documents>Visit Notes

Use the Define tab to define the information you want to include in the report. Specify the conditions for generating the report.

This tab contains the following sections you need to complete:

  • Filter By
  • View By
  • Selection Criteria – not available from the Patient component
  • Options – not available from the Patient component
Filter By

Specify for what period you want to view the visit notes:

Option Description

Current Admission Period

Show visit notes for the active admission.

Current Certification Period

Show visit notes for the current certification period.

Begin Date, End Date

Specify the start and end dates of the period for which you want to show visit notes.

Most Recent Visits

Show visit notes for the certain number of visits starting from the most recent one.

 

View By

Select the patients you want to be shown on the report:

Option Description

Summary

View information about both homebound status and plan for next visit.

Homebound Status

View information about homebound status only.

Plan for Next Visit

View information about plan for the next visit only.

 

Selection Criteria

To include specific data in the report, select the following check boxes:

Option Description

Specific Patients

Run the report for specific patients.

Specific Branch

Include only patients of a specific branch.

Specific Team

Include only patients of a specific team.

 

Options

To define options for branches and teams, select one of the following:

Option Description

Show Branch on Report

Show branch in the header.

Show Team on Report

Show team in the header.

Sequence by Branch

Group patients by branch.

Sequence by Team

Group patients by team.
