About Visit Notes report

Using the Visit Notes report, you can preview and print the patient's homebound status and plan for next visit documented within a particular service (visit). Information about Business Unit, patient, and service is at the top of the report; name of the providing resource and signature date are at the bottom. Information on each service is printed on a separate page.

Important: Netsmart recommends exporting the report to Acrobat (PDF) format rather than to Microsoft Word format because the report layout may be displayed incorrectly.
