Applicants

For new family profiles flagged as 'applicants', additional information must be added to complete and maintain the entry. An applicant home is available for placement only if you enter the appropriate information.

The Resource Families module (Resource Families > Applicants > Information) has these forms for entering applicant information.

  • General Information - Enter basic information, such as home information, status history, primary contact information, programs operated, any current placements, preferences, photos of the family, and more.
  • Capacity - Add rooms for foster care and applicants, specifically the number of males and females and the total number of beds this requires.
  • Inquiry History - Track a history of inquiries from a variety of sources such as email or letter.
  • Worker Assignments - You can assign workers to the family in this module. Worker roles define access to clients, events, and services
  • Note/Event Information - Staff selects the Applicant and enters a note associated with an event along with the date and time.
  • Requirements - Track requirements of people entered by staff with a start and a completion date with a description.
  • Questionnaires - Answers to questions help determine the health and prognosis of the family and to develop a plan for moving forward. Questions cover family dynamics, mood and behavior, IQ, daily family life, any existing diagnosis, GAP score if available, and more.
  • References - Called "family collateral," these are references you can enter on the family's behalf. You enter last and first name of the person and their relationship to the family, and any remarks.
  • Member Information - Details about each member of the family including gender, DOB, full name, and role in the family.
  • Calendar - Create and view tasks entered for yourself (staff), for subordinates, and for others. You can view the calendar in daily, weekly, and monthly formats, as well as select an alternate month and year.
  • Scheduled Rules Link - Connect a scheduled rule to the family's group profile such as a fire safety drill due day one from applicant's effective start date.
