Update resource family capacity

In myEvolv add rooms for foster care and applicants, specifically the number of males and females and the total number of beds.

  1. From the modules toolbar, select Resource Families.
  2. Go to the appropriate location:
    • Resource Families > Foster/Adoptive Home > Information > Capacity
    • Resource Families > Applicants > Information > Capacity
  3. In the Select Family field, enter search criteria and click the magnifier button. 
  4. Search for and select a family.
  5. In the toolbar, select New Event and choose Foster and Applicant Rooms.
  6. In the Foster and Applicant Rooms dialog, enter a description. 
  7. In the Room Number field, enter a room number as an identifier.
  8. Optional. Under Beds, click +Add new record to add a bed.  
    • Enter a Bed ID as an identifier.
    • Enter a Bed Description.
    • Select Update.
  9. Optional. Under Capacity Information, enter the number of male and female members.
  10. Optional. Under Age Range, enter minimum and maximum ages.
  11. Complete any additional fields.
  12. Select Save.
