Amend Service
After a service is signed and locked, you can amend the service. This action removes the listed service and makes a copy of that service in the Submit for Approval status.
Prerequisite:
- Give staff the appropriate security to access the Amend button and enable signing for the event.
- Go to Client > Case Management > Service Management > Service Entry.
- Search for and select a client.
- For a listed service that is signed and locked, select Actions then choose Amend Service.
Result: The system deletes the record in Pending Submission status and makes a copy of the service with Submit for Approval status.
