Track requirements for people

Track requirements of people in a resource family entered by staff members with a start date and a completion date with a description.

  1. From the modules toolbar, select Resource Families.
  2. Go to the appropriate location:
    • Resource Families > Foster/Adoptive Home > Information > Member Information
    • Resource Families > Family Day Care > Information > Member Information
    • Resource Families > Applicants > Information > Member Information
  3. In the Select Family field, select the magnifying glass and search for and select a family. 
  4. In the toolbar, click New Event and select a requirement. Options here vary, but some examples might be: safety evacuations, fire safety, or site visit.
  5. Enter any appropriate information, and complete the following required field:
    Completed Date - Click the calendar to select a date.
  6. Select Save.
