Update information for individual family members

In myEvolv, view and modify details about each member of the family including gender, date of birth, full name, and role in the family.

  1. From the modules toolbar, select Resource Families.
  2. Go to the appropriate location: 
    • Resource Families > Foster/Adoptive Home > Information > Member Information
    • Resource Families > Family Day Care > Information > Member Information
    • Resource Families Applicants Information Member Information
  3. In the Select Family field, select the magnifying glass and search for and select a family.  
    Result: All members of the family are listed.
  4. Click the + next to the family member's name to expand the information. 
    Result: The tabs for the following areas are available:
  • Demographics - Enter a member's basic information such as address, name, social security information, birth date, and more.
  • Portal Access - Modify portal access information.
  • Income - Enter Income information events. 
  • Employment History - Enter employment history or work placement events. 
  • Degrees - Enter a degree event. 
  • Member Requirements - View a list of requirements that are completed and due. 
  • Collaterals - Track anyone outside the family and agency (for example, guardian, outside agency worker, or priest). 
  • Requirements - Enter requirement events of people with a start and a completion date with a description.
  • Medical Exam - Document immunizations, physical characteristics, referrals, and more. 
  • Training - Track instances of member training, such as CPR, first aid, fire safety, and more. 
  • Group Training - View group training entered here. 
  • Schedule Rules Links - View scheduled links.
  1. Select Save.
