AvatarAM NX Preparation Phase
Review System Requirements
- Ensure Device Hub is downloaded on the applicable workstations to access the Inventory & Pump Management and Fast Dose Dispensing forms.

Note: The Device Hub will not interfere with the myAvatarAM application and can be installed on workstations actively dosing out of myAvatarAM.
- Ensure the CRRuntime file is installed for label printing.

Staff Training
- Train staff on the updated UI, Device Hub file creation process, and utilization of the new AM Report Suite, which will replace the need to leverage individual forms for the creation of DEA reports.
- All AM user guides have been updated to include the latest NX content and can be found in the NTST Wiki by searching for a form and adding ‘NX’ (ie Quick Medication Order NX).
Testing
- Test all agency-specific functionalities and workflows including patient data input, medication dispensing, hardware interactions, and the Report Suite.
- Identify and submit a case with Netsmart Support for any bugs, errors, or inconsistencies discovered during testing.
