AM Report Suite

The AM Report Suite is the only place where staff members with the appropriate AM Report Security can run myAvatar AM NX reports.

Prerequisites:

The Enable AM Report Suite registry setting is set to Y to enable the AM Report Suite and AM Report Security forms.
Staff members have the appropriate AM Report Security to view reports in the AM Report Suite.

Go to: Avatar PM > Avatar AM Options > AM Report Suite.
In the Search field:
- Select Yes to manually search for the AM report to display.
  OR
- Select No and select the Report Type, then choose the appropriate report from the Select Report dropdown.
  Note: Depending on which AM report you select, additional fields become enabled and required.
Choose the System Code.
Select Display Report.
Result: The Crystal Report displays with respective details.
Optional. Repeat the previous steps as needed to view other AM reports.
Select Discard to exit the AM Report Suite.
