Implementation Options
For existing agencies already on myAvatar NX, a self-implementation path is available for AM NX. Please leverage this documentation and the guides available for self-implementation.
For agencies requiring additional resources to answer questions and assist in the training process, or agencies not yet implemented in myAvatar NX, there are supplemental consulting packages available. Please reach out to your CAE or Netsmart representative to determine which package options are right for you.
Solution Updates
With the initial phase of myAvatarAM NX available in May 2024, the major difference from myAvatarAM is the UI. Users can expect a new and improved interface in alignment with NX standards while leveraging the same workflows they are used to in the non-NX solution, thus making staff training and onboarding easier to implement.
Aside from the improved UI, there are two large differences in functionality with NX, which will be outlined in more detail throughout this document:
- Device Hub: .msi file that allows AM NX to communicate with dosing hardware including Pumps, Label Printers, and Signature Pads
- AM Report Suite: New form that allows all DEA reports to be accessed and run from one space. Users can leverage the Search function to find a specific report and the Category function to find a report based on report type (i.e. Dosing or Inventory)
