Delete Prognosis Codes

Path: Administration>Clinical>Prognosis Codes

After a prognosis is linked to a patient record, it cannot be deleted.

  1. Go to Administration>Clinical>Prognosis Codes.
  2. Highlight the row that contains the prognosis code and delete it.
  3. Save your changes.

Note: Codes – 6 cannot be deleted from the Prognosis Codes window. These codes are system-defined for the HCFA-485.
