Delete Quick-Entry Phrase

Path: Administration>Clinical>Quick-Entry Phrases

After a quick-entry phrase is linked to a patient record, it cannot be deleted.

Go to Administration>Clinical>Quick-Entry Phrases.
Select the item for which to remove a quick-entry phrase.
Highlight the row that contains the quick-entry phrase and delete it.
Save your changes.
