Delete Profiles

Path: Administration>Clinical>Profiles

After a profile is attached to a patient, it should not be deleted.

1. Go to Administration>Clinical>Profiles.
2. Select the appropriate diagnosis or procedure for which you want to delete the profile.
3. In the Used Care Plans list on the left, select the profile.
4. Delete all the goals and interventions connected to the care plan.
5. Save your changes.
